Here is the flag of Cumbria county council which is sometimes referred to as the flag of Cumbria, however this is not registered with the flag institute.
As mentioned in the episode, the historic counties of Westmorland and Cumberland do have a flag and I did describe it in the episode, but they are here for reference.
